According to ARIRANG NEWS report on December 25, South Korea officially opened a plastic ban, restricting the use of colored plastic bottles and commonly used PVC packaging materials to promote resource recycling and protect the environment. On the first day of implementation of the amendment, the major green plastic bottles containing sodas and drinks in major supermarkets in South Korea have disappeared from the sales shelves and replaced with colorless transparent bottles. Cosmetic and wine bottles are planned to develop new recyclable containers within two years.
